Erin Nugent is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and the founder of Eon Educational Services. She is dedicated to helping students, families, schools, and colleges better understand how students learn, identify the factors affecting their success, and develop practical strategies that promote confidence, independence, and lifelong learning. Erin specializes in executive function coaching, college disability evaluations, and strengths-based assessment for students from late elementary school through college.
Outside of her professional work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and continuing to explore new ways to help students build the skills they need to thrive in school, college, and beyond.

Maddie VanBuskirk is a Licensed Educational Psychologist with more than 13 years of experience supporting students, families, and schools. She is dedicated to helping children better understand their unique learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while providing families and educators with the insight and guidance needed to help every student succeed. Maddie specializes in culturally and linguistically responsive psychoeducational evaluations for school-aged students, approaching each assessment through a whole-child lens that recognizes every student's unique strengths, experiences, and potential.
Outside of her professional work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their standard poodle, Winston.
